The domain name assigned to me is not working properly. What can I do to fix it?

In case your domain name is already connected to the respective name servers of your provider (use the WHOIS service https://registry.nic.cy/cy-ui/home ), you  should contact the Technical administrator or  your Internet Service Provider (ISP) for any problems with the name operation.
