The Personal Data Protection Policy governs the manner in which Registry .cy processes its customers’ personal data, with the aim of ensuring their protection. It applies to all staff members employed by Registry .cy who process and/or have access to personal data, as well as to the customers whose data may be processed by the Registry.

Registry .cy is responsible for complying with this Data Protection Policy and for adhering to the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Natural Persons Against the Processing of Personal Data and the Free Movement of Such Data – Law of 2018 (Law 125(I)/2018), as well as the provisions of the European Union Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).
