The domain name I am interested in has already been assigned. Is there a waiting list I can enter so that if and when the particular domain name becomes available, I get priority?

There is no priority list for domain names ending in “.cy” that have already been assigned. A chronological order of priority is maintained for domain name registration statements that are filed, as long as the name is available, or its registration is pending. Each application submitted electronically to the System receives a priority number based on the date and time of its submission and is served based on its priority number.
